Prayer Requests
Please Pray for the following:
If you are on FACEBOOK:  PLEASE find "praying and praising" (don't use the quote marks) and join us
there.  We are constantly recieving prayer requests and praises that are current and often critical.
If you request to join, I would be happy to accept!
1.)  Lauren has only a few months to go and will be retiring from AT&T.  It has become almost
impossible to please the managers and, if it weren't for God's hand, he would lose his job.  The
union is not much help even tho they claim to be.  Please pray that God will continue to help him
keep this job until his retirement in Aug. 2011
2)  Doreen and Art Phillips:  This family is dealing with major health issues (boys included) and
unable to manager financially.  Doreen often goes without her medications in order to see that the
boys have a future and her hubby keeps his job.  Please pray for open doors for them.
3) Emily and family - Last year (Jan 31, 2010) Emily and her family, Jason, and Emily's older
sister - Jenny lost their home to a fire.  After incredible delays and the insurance money being
stolen, the CEO/manager of QCI stepped up after seeing the CBS2 Chicago News and financed
the rebuilding of the home.  They also held the restored items from the house until the completion.
On Feb 1st (Exactly one year from the fire) the family was allowed to move back in.  Praise God
that HE held off the 3rd largest blizzard ever recorded until that afternoon after the move in!!!!!
God's timing is sooooo perfect!
4)  Denise, who continues to struggle with health issues, tried to pick up a small "tax season" job in
January 2011.  After the pastor of her old church retired, she was "gently removed" from her
position as service music provider and CCLI licensing manager.  Please pray that she can learn the
tax program, laws, and proceedures quickly so that she can continue to serve well and keep
income coming in.
